Support Made Simple

SupportStar is Zeevo's customer support suite that has been custom developed for our customers.

Using SupportStar is simple - key FAQ's are answered in relevant sections while customers can create a support query immediately by clicking the button to lodge a support ticket.

Tickets are immediately logged in the Zeevo jobs system and key personnel are alerted to the presence of the query and are processed according to priority.
